If you purchased a product and it’s the wrong size, or is not quite the right part we can help resolve your issue. Pick up the telephone and call your Slimline Parts Specialist toll free at 1-800-495-6145 and they will make arrangements to exchange your purchase for the correct item or refund the purchase price of the product.
We will require at the time of the return that you provide to us the original Slimline sales invoice you received on the date of original purchase. Be sure that the packaging around the part is new and in fully resalable condition and all packaged goods are still in complete package quantities.
This policy applies to all standardized parts listed in our company catalogue and not customized parts that are specifically designed and fabricated on a special one-off basis.
Cost of shipping a product return to Slimline is the customer’s expense.
If the product you received is not what you ordered, has a manufacturer’s defect or was broken in shipping, Slimline will also refund the original purchase price paid. All returned goods must be freight prepaid to Slimline Manufacturing.
When returning a part you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from your Slimline Parts Specialist prior to return of any product. So give us a call and we will be pleased to issue a number and address your requirements.
Allowed without a restocking charge if this return must be accompanied by an offsetting order of equal or greater value, prior to December 1st of each year.
Hopefully we don’t have to deduct any costs associated with shipment shortages, product refurbishing or any repacking charges from the refund amount owing to you.

You must call for a return authorization number. Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted. Special order items will be subject to a 35% restocking charge.

All goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Any goods being returned after 30 days and up to 60 days will receive a store credit for the price of the product. Sorry, Slimline cannot refund any original outgoing shipping costs or return shipping costs (exceptions will be made in the case of manufacturer defects). Slimline cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping when a product is being returned.
